Can I save from Instagram, Pinterest, or Xiaohongshu?
Answer
Yes. In Instagram, Pinterest, Xiaohongshu, or Douyin, tap Share and choose Hive. In a browser, use the Safari extension on iPhone and iPad, or the Chrome extension on Mac. You can also paste links into Hive's Import Center.
Details
From an app
Open the post, tap Share, and pick Hive from the share sheet. If Hive is not in the first row, scroll to More and add it once.
- Instagram, Pinterest, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin all share to Hive this way.
- The same share sheet works from Photos, Files, and most browsers.
From a browser
On iPhone and iPad, turn on the Hive Safari extension and save from the page you are reading. On Mac, use the Chrome extension for Hive for Mac. Both keep the page link with what you saved.
From a list of links
Paste one or many links into the Import Center for a batch import. Link imports need a network, because Hive fetches each page.
Decide how much to sort now
Auto Save imports everything at once and leaves the sorting for later. Add Details lets you set folders, tags, stars, and notes for the batch right away. Use Auto Save when you are moving fast, and Add Details when the folder matters now.

Does Hive keep the link to the original post?
Yes. The source link stays with the saved item, so you can go back to the post later.
Can I import many links at once?
Yes. Paste them into the Import Center.
Does Hive read my clipboard automatically?
Only if you turn on Auto Read Clipboard in Settings > Import.
